England bas plastic items from April 2020

Plastic straws, stirrers and cottons will be banned in England from April 2020.

Officials estimate that 4,7billion plastic straws, 316million plastic stirrers and 1,8billion plastic cottons are used in England each year, with 10 percent of cotton buds disopoed of down the toillet.

 These items are used for only a few minutes but take hundred years to break down, ending up in the ocean, harming our precious marine lives.

You know how many sea mammals are killed ???

Plastic items kill more than 100,000sea mammals  and one million sea birds each year.

This is urgent to everyone on the earth!!
